OKTO Tasks
Team task tracking that lives inside Telegram
OKTO Tasks is a task tracker that lives inside Telegram. An administrator uploads a spreadsheet; everyone else opens a bot and sees their work as a board, a list or a timeline, and gets a Telegram message when a deadline is coming up.
There is no separate app to install and no password to remember — Telegram is the login. The interface adapts to the screen: on a phone the board shows one column at a time and turns with a swipe; on a computer it opens into a full working view.

A drag-and-drop kanban, a list you can group and sort, and a timeline by deadline. Search and filter by anything.
Team stats
Open vs. finished, what is overdue, how long work takes, who is carrying what, and a feed of every change.
People and roles
Owner, admins, managers and members. Everyone's workload on a single screen.
Reminders in Telegram
The bot messages people about assignments, deadlines, mentions and comments. Everyone picks what they hear about.
Excel import
Upload an .xlsx file and the app works out the columns; export the board back to Excel any time.
Voice notes and likes
Dictate a task to the bot, leave a voice note, applaud good work — the week's leaders earn a crown.
